Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Restay ("Restay", "we", "us") provides AI-powered Airbnb listing optimization — copy rewriting, photo editing, and comparable-pricing analysis. By using our service, generating a preview, or paying for an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You may use Restay if you are the host or property manager of the Airbnb listing you submit, or otherwise have the right to use and modify the photographs and copy associated with it. By submitting a listing URL, you represent that you have all necessary rights and consents.

3. Service description

Our pipeline produces edited versions of your existing Airbnb photos (declutter, relight, color grade, sky replace), rewrites your title and description, and computes a comparable nightly-rate recommendation. Photo edits are non-additive — we never add or remove furniture or fixtures. See our Photo Edit Disclosure for details on Airbnb policy compliance.

4. Orders and payment

Orders are placed via Stripe Checkout. Pricing is shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. We deliver within the SLA shown for the tier you purchased — typically under 4 hours for Standard, 24 hours for Rush.

If we cannot meet the SLA, or fewer than 8 photos pass our quality-control gate, we will issue an automatic full refund and no edited photos will be delivered.

5. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Refunds process back to the original payment method. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

6. No revenue guarantees

We do not guarantee specific booking, revenue, or occupancy outcomes from using our service. Optimization improves listing quality on average across our customer base; individual results vary based on market, season, and listing characteristics outside our control.

7. Ownership and license

You retain all rights you have in the source photos and copy you submit. The edited photos and rewritten copy we deliver are yours to use anywhere — Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, your own site, social media — for the lifetime of the property. You may not re-sell or sub-license the deliverables to a third party.

You agree we may use anonymized examples of our work (with no recognizable personal effects or identifying details) for marketing the Restay service.

8. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • Submit photos or copy you do not have the right to modify.
  • Use the service to misrepresent material facts about your listing.
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape Restay's pipeline.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Edited photos are non-additive representations of your actual space. Pricing recommendations are based on comparable listings at the time of analysis and are not financial advice. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to lost bookings, lost revenue, or platform delistings.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
