Is this allowed by Airbnb?
Yes. We only do edit-style photo work — declutter, relight, color grade, sky replace. We never add or remove furniture, change room layouts, or fabricate amenities. Your originals are always retained alongside the edited set, and your listing continues to accurately represent the actual space.
How fast is delivery?
Listing Tune-Up delivers in under 4 hours. Rush delivers in 24 hours. If we miss the window, you get a refund automatically.
What if I don't like the result?
Full refund within 14 days, no questions. We also re-run any single photo for free once if a specific edit doesn't feel right.
How does the pricing recommendation work?
We pull 50+ comparable listings within ~1km of your property, normalize for bedroom count and guest capacity, then compute a 30-day weekday/weekend split based on the comp distribution. We don't reprice automatically — we hand you the recommendation, you decide what to apply.
Will my source photos be used anywhere else?
No. We store originals encrypted and delete them 30 days after delivery. Edited photos are yours to use however you want — in your Airbnb listing, on Vrbo, on a personal site, anywhere.
Can I just buy photos and skip the copy and pricing report?
